Keeping fit can be challenging in a busy life. Finding the motivation is nearly impossible when there is work to do, places to be, children to feed, or any one of a million things to do. However, deep down we all know that to be healthy we need to move.

Our goal here at Point Central is to find ways to motivate you to break the deadlock and get active again. We believe point tracking in various ways can help us set goals, stay on track, and feel a sense of achievement. The secret though is that point tracking really is individual: you shouldn’t try to compare your progress with another through the points you gather.
